The use of the sites and applications (aforesaid « the sites » for the whole), www.waspy.life cited Waspy, waspyadmin.waspy.life cited WaspyAdmin™™, Mobile Application cited WaspTracker™, implies full and complete acceptance of the attached general terms and conditions of use. These terms of use may be modified or supplemented at any time, so users of the sites are invited to consult them regularly. These sites are normally accessible to users at all times. However, an interruption due to technical maintenance may be decided by WASPY without prior notice.

Description of Services Provided
WaspyAdmin™ is a decision-making support platform in the field of operational search for marks and traces of in-situ presence of invasive insects and more particularly adapted to the monitoring of the invasive insect Asian Hornet.
WaspTracker™ is a mobile application connected to WaspyAdmin that allows a mobile search for traces and presence marks.
Waspod™ is a device that communicates and is connected to WaspyAdmin. Equipped with a set of sensors developed by the company Waspy.
WaspTrap™ is a reversible counting tank developed by Waspy equipped with RFID tags connected to WaspTracker.
Waspy endeavours to provide as accurate information as possible about all of its services on these websites. However, it cannot be held responsible for omissions, inaccuracies and deficiencies in the update, whether they are due to its own fault or to the third party partners who provide it with this information. All information indicated on the sites is given for information purposes only, and is subject to change. In addition, the information on the site is not exhaustive. They are subject to changes since they were posted online.
Technical Data
The sites use JavaScript technology. The website is designed to work with up-to-date, virus-free hardware and an up-to-date browser of the latest generation.
Counterfeits
SAS Waspy is the owner of the intellectual property rights or holds the rights of use on all the elements accessible on its sites, in particular the texts, images, graphics, logo. Any reproduction, representation, modification, publication, adaptation of all or part of the elements of the sites, regardless of the means or process used, is prohibited, without the prior written consent of the company Waspy. Any unauthorized use of the site or any of the elements of its sites or services will be considered as constituting an infringement and prosecuted in accordance with the provisions of articles L.335-2 et seq. of the Intellectual Property Code.
Credits
The photos, logos, synoptics and texts present on these websites are the exclusive property of the Waspy company, any reproduction, representation, modification, publication, adaptation of all or part of the elements of the sites, regardless of the means or process used, is prohibited, without the prior written authorization of the Waspy company.
The website was created by in partnership with the companies Conquistators.io and Euskadi Digital. The logo was designed by Efflam.
Limitations of Liability
Waspy cannot be held responsible for the appearance of a bug or incompatibility between the sites and the user’s equipment.
Waspy shall not be liable for any suspensions and/or interruptions related to a malfunction of the Internet network. (Problems relating to the internet connection, or suspended connection or other), malfunction of the user’s computer, or any other problem beyond the direct control of Waspy, which shall also not be liable for indirect damages (such as loss of market or loss of opportunity) resulting from the use of its sites.
Waspy providing the service cannot be held responsible by the user or by a third party for a lack of information, or for any problems related to inappropriate use. Especially in the case of erroneous transmission of geolocation on endemic species, considered non-harmful.
This may result in the interruption and provision of Waspy’s services to the user. This will be considered a violation of the Terms of Use and non-compliance with the same and in particular Article 9.
