This Privacy Policy specifies the way in which the company WASPY with a capital of €15,000, whose registered office is located at 4 avenue Interne Jacques Loeb, 64100 Bayonne-France registered in BAYONNE under number 897478236 (hereinafter « WASPY ») collects and processes the personal data of users (hereinafter the « Users ») of this website (hereinafter the « Website »).
This Policy describes how Personal Data will be processed in order to comply with privacy and personal data protection laws and regulations.

Microsoft acting as a subsequent subcontractor and with regard to the measures to be taken on the recommendations of the EDPB 01/200, Waspy relies on the legal bases governing this transfer of data in accordance with Article 45 of the GDPR decree no. 2021/914 of June 4, 2021 and the decision of adequacy with the Data Privacy Framework.
DURATION OF DATA RETENTION
WASPY will only keep the data for the time strictly necessary for the purposes of the processing.
Users’ contact data will not be kept by WASPY for any commercial prospecting beyond a period of 3 years after the last contact with the User.
The storage period of cookies is a maximum of 13 months.
DATA SECURITY
WASPY implements the necessary actions and the appropriate technical and organizational security measures in relation to their level of sensitivity, to prevent the loss, theft, use, disclosure or modification of data.
